The Supplementary tables contain accession lists for the Ukrainian, Swedish, and Estonian apple germplasm collections (Tables S1–S3), SSR genotyping data for unique genotypes (Table S4), results of population structure analyses, including Evanno and STRUCTURE outputs (Tables S5–S7), and Supplementary figure contains neighbour-joining dendrogram based on SSR-derived genetic distances among unique diploid apple genotypes from the analysed collections.
