: Prior to the commencement of the study, the athletes were informed about all the procedures to be conducted during the research, as well as the possible risks and benefits. Subsequently, they signed the Informed Consent Form (ICF). This study is part of a larger project titled “Analysis and Improvement of Athlete Performance,” approved by the Research Ethics Committee (CEP) of the Federal University of Alagoas (UFAL) under the protocol number CAAE: 29269020.8.0000.5013 and Opinion: 4297907, in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki of 1964.
