: The recordings used in this study were approved by the Central Denmark Region Committees on Biomedical Research Ethics (Ref. nr. 1-10-72-413-17) and the Danish Medicines Agency (ref. nr. 2017111085). The “Good Clinical Practice” unit at Aarhus University monitored the study and all methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. All participants provided written informed consent prior to their inclusion in the study.
