: The primary survey in the present assessments was limited to questionnaire on clean cooking practices of the households. No personal information on the human subject was collected and presented in the manuscript. The health-related perspectives of the leading cook were secured through informed consents (Refer Annexure C in the ) of the households limited to a single question in the questionnaire (Refer Annexure B in the ). There was no health-specific questionnaire prepared for this work. Also, the reported health data in this study involves no clinical trials, medicinal vaccine/drug dosages to draw any inference on the dose-response of the exposure to high indoor air pollution. This was purely an observational study without involving invasive trails on human subjects.
: Not applicable as no personal data of the individuals are captured and reported. However, an informed consent obtained during the study, clearly stated that the finding on the information collected should be used only for R&D purposes and publication (Refer Annexure C in the ). The signed copies of the informed consents in the surveyed households are accessible from the corresponding author on reasonable request.
