: All the study protocols were approved by Institutional Animal Ethics Committee, University of Sargodha (Approval No. 25-A18 IEC UOS). All the experiments performed compiled with the rules of National Research Council and all methods were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Ethical approval was taken from Department Ethical Review Committee to conduct study as animals were involved in this study, so ethical approval was very essential.
