: Prior to the survey, our research received formal approvals from local authorities. Ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of Jimma University (No. JUIH/IRB/12/22).

All participants took part in our field research voluntarily, and they were assured of the anonymity and confidentiality of their personal information.
