: The study was executed based on the Tanzanian laws and guidelines for human participants. Accordingly, all participants were requested to express their willingness to participate voluntarily in the cleaning process by filling a consent form. All participants were assured of anonymity and confidentiality for the purposes of the study including the publication of results.
