: This study was approved by the Semmelweis University Regional and Institutional Committee of Research Ethics (approval no. 123/2019) on October 19, 2019.
: Patient consent was obtained for treatment in the extended thrombolysis time window (off-label use). For treatment in the standard time window and for data collection without treatment, consent was not obtained because the data were analysed anonymously. Data was accessed between the 1st and 15th of May, 2022, for research purposes. The first and last authors had information that could identify individual participants during data collection.
