: The INSPIRE-T human study was approved by the French Ethics Committee located in Rennes (CPP Ouest V), and the study was registered at (NCT04224038). All participants signed informed consent to participate. All animal procedures were performed in accordance with International Guidelines on Animal Experimentation and with the French Ministry of Agriculture license. The mouse experimentation protocol was approved by the Toulouse University local ethics committee and by the Ministry of Superior Education and Research under the agreements APAFIS2019120614331282 and APAFIS2020022409196014.
