: After signing the informed consent, human OA cartilage and synovial sample for banking were obtained from patients with OA undergoing knee joint replacement surgery at the Lapeyronie hospital, Montpellier, France. Sample collection and banking were approved by the national and local ethical committees (IRB-MTP_2022_11_202201238). All animal experiments were performed according to the French and European legislation after authorization from local and national ethic committee.
