: All study protocols were approved by the Institutional Review Board of Taichung Veterans General Hospital (IRB #CE16270B-1 and #CE23126B) and Taipei Veterans General Hospital (IRB# 2021–10-001B). This study was conducted as part of the TPMI, a national effort launched in June 2020 and coordinated by Academia Sinica in collaboration with 15 participating hospitals, including Taichung Veterans General Hospital. Genotyping was performed using the customized SNP chips (Axiom Genome-Wide TWB 2.0 Array Plate). Written informed consent was obtained from all participants.
