The research was approved by the Texas Tech University IRB / HRPP (Human Research Protection Program) prior to being conducted and was evaluated as involving the lowest level of risk to the participants for human participation at TTU. No adverse effects on participants were observed during data collection. Participants received partial course credit in line with policies established by the TTU IRB and the Texas Tech Department of Psychological Sciences regarding the department’s participation pool.
