: This study was conducted with the approval of the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine, Toho University (approval no. A24063). Plasma used for method validation was obtained from healthy volunteers after informed consent was obtained. For the measurement of plasma concentrations of ORAs in actual patients, the blood samples were collected either with informed consent or through an opt-out process following research information disclosure, ensuring that participants were given the opportunity to decline participation.
