: This article does not report any studies involving living human participants or animals conducted by the authors (clinical trial number: not applicable). The subject involved in this study underwent a judicial autopsy in order to identify the cause of death. Data collection, sampling and subsequent forensic analysis were authorized by the public prosecutor. Publication of data is allowed only after the case has been officially closed, and the anonymity of the subject is strictly maintained. All procedures performed in studies involving humans were in accordance with the national ethical standards (retrospective study) and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards.
