: Ethical approval was obtained from Tribhuvan University-Ethical Review Board (TU-ERB) before the study started and ethical protocols were strictly followed at all stages of the research. Inclusive and gender-responsive strategies were adopted while forming the research team, recruiting research assistants for the field data, and selecting the participants. Similarly, administrative, technical, and physical safeguards were carefully taken into account to protect the confidentiality of the respondents. Prior to their participation, oral and written consent was obtained from the participants and related institutions. Confidentiality of the information both at individual and institutional levels was highly respected during the research process.
