This article does not contain any studies with animals performed by any of the authors. This study involved the collection of professional opinions through a Delphi process. As the research did not involve direct interaction with vulnerable populations or the collection of sensitive personal data and was limited to professional opinions, it was determined in accordance with the University of Mannheim guidelines that ethics committee approval was not required. However, participants were fully informed of the aims of the study and were provided with a privacy statement, and participation was entirely voluntary and confidential.
