: The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Middle East Technical University Human Research Ethics Committee (Approval No: 2018-FEN-103). Participation was voluntary. Prior to data collection, participants were informed about the purpose and procedures of the study, expected time commitment, potential risks/benefits, and their right to withdraw at any time without penalty. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants. For interviews, participants additionally consented to audio recording.
