: The authors declare that they have no conflict of interest. This study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University (2021-132). The EHA/EA cohort with 52 samples was collected during the surgeries in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University and approved by the Institutional Review Board (KYLL-202209-049-1). All animal experiments were performed according to procedures approved by the Obstetrics and Gynecology hospital of Fudan University ethical committee.
