The animal experiments were conducted following the National Institute of Health Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals and were approved by the Committee on the Ethics of Animal Experiments at Tongji Medical College, Huazhong Science and Technology University (IACUC number: S3861. The human study received ethical approval from the ethics committee of Tongji Hospital and Tongji Medical College under approval number TJ- IRB20220121.
