: This study was a secondary analysis of a publicly available dataset; however, all procedures followed were in accordance with the ethical standards of the responsible committee on human experimentation (institutional and national) and with the Helsinki Declaration of 1975, as revised in 2000 (5). Informed consent was obtained from all respondents at the beginning of the survey. The protocol was reviewed and approved by the Research Ethics Board of the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health as protocol no. 305/2009-4.
