: The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the institutional review board of the corresponding author’s affiliated institution. This study was also approved by the principals and teachers of the participants’ schools, and the questionnaire was then conducted. Prior to completing the questionnaires, the examiner explained the purpose, process, research ethics, and confidentiality of the study to the participants. The examiner also invited participants and their parents to sign a consent form. The questionnaire was given only when both sides agreed. To increase answer motivation and accuracy, participants were informed that they would receive a feedback report after data analysis was completed. The final report was sent to them in the following semester.
