: Before starting the interview, participants were briefed about the study’s objectives and procedures. All procedures followed were in accordance with the ethical standards of the responsible committee on human experimentation (institutional and national) and with the Helsinki Declaration of 1975. Informed consent was obtained from all patients for being included in the study. Interviews were conducted in a private room, and data were collected anonymously to ensure confidentiality. Participants’ refusal to participate in the study did not in any way or form impact their access to healthcare services. The Research Ethics Board at the Kerman University of Medical Sciences reviewed and approved the study protocol and procedures (IR.KMU.REC.1397.573).
