: All procedures were in accordance with the ethical standards of the responsible committee on human experimentation (institutional and national) and with the Helsinki Declaration of 1964, as revised in 2013, with the exception that the research study was not preregistered in a publicly accessible database and there was no final report sent to the ethics committee containing a summary of the study’s findings and conclusions, because the local ethics committee does not demand it.
