: This study is an anonymous questionnaire survey targeting healthcare professionals. It does not involve personally identifiable information, and all survey data will be securely stored and supervised by the China Association for Science and Technology. The Measures for the Ethical Review of Human Life Science and Medical Research (2023) issued by the National Health Commission of China states in Article 3 that human life science and medical research involving human biological samples and health information data fall within the scope of ethical review. Our survey merely collected the respondents' knowledge and perception of medical professionalism, work conditions and so on, without involving their biological samples or personal health information. The need for ethics approval is deemed unnecessary according to national regulations. All experiments were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.The survey was conducted on the principles of anonymity and voluntariness, and no personal information was collected or associated. Informed consent to participate was obtained from all of the participants in the study.
