: Consent was obtained for de-identified data use in line with research ethics protocols from the University of Western Australia ethics protocols (Protocol: RA/4/1/1651). The publication does not have any public health implications, yet the anonymised a few anecdotes from the interviews might cause a minimal level of distress for the reader. Nvivo coding was used for the coding of anonymised interviews (in compliance with the research ethics standards).
