: Dr. Weinstein serves as the site medical director for a BayMark methadone clinic, with her employer, Boston University, paid a per diem rate for her time. Dr. Weinstein reported honorarium payment for serving as a member of the three advisory committees outside of the submitted work: the Producing Outcome Measures for OTP Quality Improvement (PROMOTe-QI) Health Professional Advisory Committee (from RTI International and the UCLA, funding from the National Institute on Drug Abuse), the National Coalition to Liberate Methadone, Post Conference Working Group (funded by the PEW Foundation), and the Pharmacy-Centered Methadone Access in North Carolina Clinical Advisory Board (funded through the NC Collaboratory).
