This research, which involved human participants who provided oral and written data, was conducted in strict compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation—GDPR) and French national legislation. For the two series of participatory workshops, we obtained free and fully informed written consent from all participants by providing them with informed consent forms, detailed information sheets, and an introductory oral presentation at the beginning of each workshop. The informed consent forms included information about the collection, storage, and use of written and audio data and the rights of participants in this regard. Data collection, storage, and use were conducted in a manner that respected the anonymity, confidentiality, and dignity of the subjects, and no data was analyzed at the individual or organizational level. The personal data of all workshop participants were protected in accordance with the GDPR, stored using a pseudonymization process in an encrypted European cloud storage and on a password-protected hard drive for a period of 5 years following data collection. No vulnerable groups were involved in any of the participatory workshops. The authors report no declarations of interest.
