: The protocol of the present study has been reviewed and approved by the Animal Ethical and Welfare Committee of Yunnan Agricultural University. All blood samples were collected from sheep after the permission of the functional management departments without other authorities, and all procedures are strictly in accordance with the legal requirements of Animal Ethics Procedures and Guidelines of the People’s Republic of China. All efforts were made to minimize the suffering of sheep.
