: During the period when the sensory evaluation study was conducted, ethical approval was not required by national laws, means that our study had an exemption from ethics committee approval. However, we confirm that the appropriate protocols for protecting the rights and privacy of all participants were utilized during the execution of the research. Before the sensory evaluation, the design, requirements and risks were disclosed to participants. Participation was entirely voluntary, with no pressure or coercion involved. Participants provided verbal consent. Without the participants’ knowledge, no participant data was disclosed. Participants had the freedom to withdraw from the study at any point.
