: Deployment of a LAMS was well tolerated and allowed for early resumption of oral intake, avoidance of surgical intervention and early hospital discharge. LAMS offers a novel and effective alternative to traditional management of perforation of a GJ anastomotic stricture.The authors declare no conflict of interest.
