Permission was requested from the Bioethics Committee of the Management of the Health Area of Cáceres and the Virgen del Puerto Hospital, Plasencia, (Spain) (Annex 1). Patients signed an informed consent form indicating the objectives of the study and the examinations and questionnaires that would be performed.
