: All interventions were tacitly approved by the local ethics committees of the institutions where the surgeries were performed. In no case was there any variation from standard clinical practice.
: All the patients who underwent surgery were informed of the use of the device and signed a specific consent form in addition to the usual one for the intervention.
: Although at no time is it possible to identify the patients, all the persons who participated in the demonstrations (including the medical team, nurses and technicians) and its retransmission gave their approval.
