: Following IRB approval and prior to patient enrollment, the study was reported to the Israeli Ministry of Health for clinical study oversight. All measures to ensure that patient privacy and confidentiality were implemented as outlined in the study protocol (Appendix ) and approved by the Institutional Review Board.
: All patients received a detailed explanation at least 1 month before the procedure and were given a minimum of 2 weeks to decide on participation before signing the consent. All 60 patients provided informed consent.
