: Ethical approval was obtained from the Social and Human Sciences Research Ethics Committee (Decision No: 2024/197, dated 07.05.2024). Institutional permission was also granted by the hospital where the study was conducted. All procedures followed the ethical standards of the Declaration of Helsinki. Participants were informed about the study and provided both verbal and written consent. They were reminded that participation was voluntary and that they could withdraw at any stage. Confidentiality was strictly maintained: identifying information was replaced with codes (e.g., N1, N2) during transcription. Consentforms, transcripts, interview notes, and related emails will be stored on a password-protected computer for two years.
