: The present work is characterized as a systematic review and meta-analysis based on secondary data from previously published literature. As there was no direct involvement of human participants or animals, the study protocol did not require formal submission to or approval by a Research Ethics Committee. The methodological framework of this research adhered to the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) statement. Furthermore, prospective registration of the study’s protocol was completed through the PROSPERO platform, under the reference CRD420251267421.
