: The trial we have commented has received ethic committee approval from institutional review board and the French Agency for the Safety of Health Products approved the study, in accordance with Good Clinical Practice guidelines, French regulation and the declaration of Helsinki.

: Informed agreement was provided from the next of kin if the patient could not consent. Emergency inclusion was approved by the institutional review board if there wasn't other options.
