: The EDEN project was approved by the Clinical Research Ethics Committee of the Hospital Clínico San Carlos de Madrid, Spain (protocol HCSC/22/005-E). Due to the non-interventional design of the registry, Spanish legislations allows central Ethical Committee approval, accompanied by notification to the local Ethical Committees. Due to the retrospective and non-interventional design of the EDEN project, patient informed consent was waived.
