: This study was performed in line with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Approval was granted by the Regional Ethical Review Board in Stockholm (no. 2017/995–31/5). Parents provide written permission for their child to be included in the Swedish Childhood Cancer Registry. When patients turn 18, they are asked if they want to remain in the registry and informed that their data may be used in multiple studies without asking for their specific consent.
