: Relevant permission to conduct this study was obtained from the Research Ethics Committee of Region of Southern Denmark (Project-ID: S-20200021) and the Region of Southern Denmark’s record of data processing activities—the Danish Data Protection Agency (Journal-nr.: 19/16321). Permission to extract and contact the study population was granted by the Danish Health Data Agency (FSEID-00005599). The Danish Health Data Agency provided and stored a full CPR and DNPR extract on their secure server about relevant personal data and breast cancer treatment (FSEID-00005920) that can be linked to later with the collected questionnaire data and processed confidentially. All procedures were in accordance with the ethical standards and principles of the Helsinki Declaration []. Furthermore, the license was obtained from the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, to use the Danish version of the validated patient-report scale and the Brief Fatigue Inventory (BFI) in this nationwide cross-sectional survey study [].
