Ethical approval for this study was granted by the Human Research Ethics Committee at University College Dublin. With regards to data storage, data from the paper-based surveys are stored in a locked cupboard in a UCD locked office. Ethical approval was granted by the Human Research Ethics Committee at University College Dublin to change from GP focus group to semi-structured interviews in view of the COVID-19 pandemic.
