Ethical Approval

: All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the Institutional Review Board at Westfield State University and with the 1964 Helsinki declarations and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards.

: Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in this study.

: The data used in the current study were collected as part of a larger organizational climate assessment conducted by Author 1 and Author 2. After the completion of the assessment, both authors were asked to conduct an interim assessment with plans for future follow up assessments. Author 1 has also continued to serve as a research partner with this department on other crime and violence reduction projects.
