: Ethics committee in Research Faculty of Agriculture in Hokkaido University waived approval, because evaluation of strawberries had negligible risk and individual panels were non-identifiable through the obtained data. All the participants were informed that the results of evaluation of strawberries would be open in a research paper and the data would be analyzed anonymously. All the participants gave consent.
