: The study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine (HN-LL-KY-2022–046-01). The study was conducted in accordance with the World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki. All the information about the study was fully explained to the subjects by the researchers. All the participants gave informed consent before sampling.
