: The concentration levels of Fe and Zn elements of different fish species were determined, and the EDIs of these elements in fish species contributing to the RDAs for adults (both women and men) were evaluated. The highest Fe and Zn contents among studied fish species were found in Engraulis encrasicolus and Sparus aurata. These fishes were contributed more dietary iron and zinc intakes than the other fishes. The estimated intakes of Fe and Zn in fish species found that there is no risk according to the permissible tolerable limits. In addition, HQ and HI values were calculated for health risk assessment. It was determined that they were below 1 for all fish species, so no health risk was found. This article does not report any studies involving human or animal subjects. The fish species were purchased from local bazaars as dead.
