: The study was approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee of Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, India. Our study conformed to the Helsinki Declaration of 1975, revised in 2013. The ethical code followed was the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) National Ethical Guidelines for Biomedical Research on Human Participants 2017. The study participants were provided with participant information sheet in bilingual format (English and Hindi). They were enrolled only after their written informed consent for the study participation and publication.
