: All procedures performed in this study involving human samples were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional research committee and with the guidelines set by the Declaration of Helsinki. Human umbilical cords were harvested with written informed consent from the donor and were approved by the Stem Cell Clinical Research Institution Ethics Committee of Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital ([2021]003).
