: Breast adipose tissue specimens were obtained from patients undergoing breast surgery at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital affiliated with Nanjing Medical University, following approval by the institutional ethics committee and with informed consent from all participants (Date: 07/29/2025; Ethics approval number: 2025KY064-002). Tissues were collected from patients aged 25–55 years; detailed patient information is listed in Supplementary Table .
