: This study utilized only publicly available, de-identified GWAS summary statistics. No individual-level data were accessed. GWAS data for self-reported shrimp allergy were obtained from a previously published study in a Japanese population, in which all participants provided written informed consent and all procedures were approved by the Institutional Review Board of the Tsukuba International Clinical Pharmacology Clinic [ ]. Additional GWAS summary statistics were accessed through the NBDC Human Database. Only unrestricted-access datasets were used, all of which were fully anonymized in accordance with the NBDC Human Database Privacy Policy [ ]. As all analyses were conducted on de-identified summary-level data approved for public research use, no additional ethical approval was required for this study.
: To enhance reproducibility, we have organized and uploaded the codes of HDL and two-sample MR (TSMR) analyses utilized in this study to the GitHub database, constructing a fully reproducible analysis workflow named FAHMR (Link: ).
