This study was part of an ongoing prospective double-center observational cohort study started in 2019, which was conducted at Haidian District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital and Chaoyang District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital (Beijing, China) (ClinicalTrials.gov: NCT03246295). The Ethical Review Committee of National Center for Women and Children’s Health, Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Beijing, China approved this study on 3 April 2019 (approval number: FY2019-01).
