: The present study was conducted after obtaining ethical approval from the Research Ethics Committee (REC) of the Faculty of Medicine, Tanta University (approval number: FWA00022834, IRB0010038, 36264PR585324), in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and its subsequent amendments. Confidentiality of the patients was maintained by anonymizing the data. Additional informed consent to publish photos was obtained from some patients for the publication of their photos. However, the identities of the individuals in any published photos were concealed.
